  I just spent 25 minutes on hold on the phone only to have Wally pick up. This is not an exaggeration - I can see the time tick by on my phone.
  
  When I said, "Finally, man I just spent over 20 minutes on hold" Wally said, "Yeah well we're busy". I told him what I needed and he said they didn't have it in stock. It was WEATHER STRIPPING. How do you not have weather stripping? He didn't even go look or suggest an alternative.
  
  I hung up, furious at the waste of time and rudeness, and called Gilberts. They had a solution for me within three minutes. Every time I call and get Wally I usually hang up, wait a minute or two and call back to get someone else because I always get lousy service from him. Not impressed.
  
  Go to Gilberts - they're sometimes more expensive but they're always polite on the phone and always will find a solution for you.
